PEMBROKESHIRE COASTLINE

Pembrokeshire Coastline is a celebration of one of Wales’s most breathtaking coastal paths, painted in oils on copper to capture the landscape’s natural glow. Along the cliffs, the blue heather blooms in soft, vibrant drifts, its colour deepened by the warm shimmer of copper beneath the paint. The coastline stretches out in gentle curves, inviting the viewer to follow the winding path and breathe in the salt air of Pembrokeshire’s wild, unspoiled beauty.

This is a place made for walking — where every turn reveals another sweep of sea and sky, where the light shifts constantly over the water, and where the land feels both ancient and alive. In this painting, I wanted to hold onto the quiet joy of those walks: the freshness of the breeze, the colours of the heather, and the sense of freedom that comes from standing at the edge of the world with nothing but horizon ahead.
